Dr. Ryan T. Peterson
Director of Education
New York-Trained Foot & Ankle Surgeon | Regenerative Medicine Specialist
Dr. Ryan T. Peterson, DPM is a New York–trained foot and ankle surgeon and regenerative medicine specialist, known for combining advanced clinical expertise with deeply personalized, patient-centered care.
His passion for regenerative medicine became personal when his father experienced a debilitating injury. As a surgeon, Dr. Peterson understood the power of precise repair — but he also saw that surgery was not always the whole answer. That experience led him into a deeper pursuit of healing from the inside out, studying the emerging science of cellular regeneration with both a physician’s discipline and a son’s desire to help his father heal.
Today, Dr. Peterson helps patients understand what is possible through regenerative health, guiding them with clarity, compassion, and personalized education so they can make confident, informed decisions about their care.

Dr. Ryan T. Peterson, DPM brings together advanced surgical training, regenerative science, and a deeply personal mission to help patients experience healing in a more complete way.
A New York–trained foot and ankle surgeon, Dr. Peterson completed his surgical training under nationally recognized leaders, with a subspecialty focus in pediatric deformities. During his training, he received awards and distinctions that allowed him to participate in both local and national healthcare legislative initiatives. His approach has always been data-driven, patient-focused, and rooted in a desire to stay at the forefront of medical advancement.
But Dr. Peterson’s path into regenerative medicine became personal when his father suffered a debilitating injury.
As a surgeon, he had spent years studying anatomy, biomechanics, trauma, deformity correction, and the precision required to repair the body. He deeply respected the role of surgery. But through his father’s experience, he began to see something more clearly: sometimes the body does not only need to be cut, corrected, or repaired. Sometimes it needs to be supported, restored, and given the right conditions to heal from within.
That realization became a turning point.
With the heart of a son and the discipline of a surgeon, Dr. Peterson began researching regenerative medicine with purpose. What started as a search to help his father became a larger mission to understand the emerging science of cellular repair, tissue renewal, and whole-body BioRenewal. He became increasingly drawn to the possibility of helping people not only recover from injury, but restore what had been worn down, depleted, or lost over time.
His first clinical introduction to regenerative science began in the operating room, where advanced tissue and bone products were being used to improve surgical outcomes. Over time, his work expanded into research and clinical application for burn and wound care, where regenerative approaches were used to support healing, protect tissue, and improve lives. That experience shaped the way he saw medicine: not only as intervention, but as restoration.
Today, Dr. Peterson is a pioneer in regenerative health and BioRenewal, bringing experience that spans from the operating room to whole-body cellular wellness. His work has supported patients recovering from trauma, individuals facing life-altering diagnoses, people taking their first steps again, and professional athletes pursuing advanced recovery and performance.
What patients often appreciate most about Dr. Peterson is not only his expertise, but his ability to teach. He has a gift for making complex cellular science understandable. He believes patients deserve to know what is happening in their bodies, what options may be available to them, and how to make informed decisions with confidence and agency.
Dr. Peterson sees himself as an ally in each patient’s health journey. His goal is not to overwhelm people with science, but to translate the science in a way that feels clear, personal, and empowering. He combines precision with kindness, data with intuition, and advanced medicine with genuine human connection.
Raised on a farm and motivated by faith and family, Ryan is a husband, father of four, coach, and lifelong student of human performance. His undergraduate background in biomechanics, exercise science, and sports psychology continues to influence the way he thinks about the body, movement, resilience, and peak performance.
Outside of medicine, Ryan is refreshed by his family, hearing his children laugh, time with friends, the outdoors, a challenging motorcycle ride, sports, coaching, and the arts. He brings that same love of life into his work — helping patients pursue not only better health, but a fuller, more capable, more renewed life.
Regenerate what has been worn down. Restore what has been depleted. Renew what still feels possible.
